ERROR LC-PMT09 WHILE DOING COMMISSION PREPAYMENT IN LC CONTRACT (Doc ID 2772382.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

LC contract was booked in euros and the first commissions was euros (the currency is incorrect, must be in USD).
In the contract add the new commission for amendment in USD (the currency is correct) but when try to liquidate the commission the system indicates an error.

The need is to liquidate commission in USD.

LC-PMT09 - Commission components are in multiple currencies. Prepayment not allowed.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a LC contract with Euro currency such that there is a commission added at Booking in Euro
2. Do Amendment and add a commission in currency USD
3. Try to do prepayment of the second commission

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot liquidate the commission for the contract
