Start Date & End Date Filters In Report Does Not Work In Arabic Language

Symptoms
When attempting to select date range while report generation in Arabic language,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

الرجاء إدخال تاريخ بدء صحيح.[]
الرجاء إدخال تاريخ انتهاء صحيح.[]
Please select valid start date[].
Please select valid expiration date[].
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in into application
2. Go to My Reports
3. Select Date Range
