Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

TOTAL DUE in Summary is including SALES TAX due amount that is NOT yet due . Total due 14.00 (including current due) is having the correct value, but the total due 7.33 without current due is not correct should be 7.00

Even though the SALES TAX that is being assessed on the account is stored in 5 different buckets (ACC_STX_DUE_AMT1…ACC_STX_DUE_AMT5) similar to Payment dues, the TOTAL DUE field in SUMMARY screen is including the SALES TAX amount which is NOT YET due. Please refer to attached screenshots.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Sales tax should not be considered in total due, since the due date not yet arrived.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the billing job and sales tax processing job for an account having pre bill days.
2. Do not make payment
3. Repeat Point 1.
4. Check the total due amount and Total due (including current due) . Check the sales tax due buckets.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot service this account with incorrect due amount
