Symptoms

On : 3.4 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Loan contract is not pending for authorization or loan contract doesn't exist, but limit availability has reduced.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Limit availability should not be reduced unless a contract is booked against the limit line.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a loan contract with limit line linked.
2. Ensure loan contract is not saved.
3. Ensure limit line is saved for utilization.
4. Check the utilization of limit line.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot book one more fresh contract against the limit line due to insufficient availability amount.
