Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBDX payment receipts showing incorrect time.

Time stamp in e-recevipt is not as per the time zone set in system configuration.

 EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Correct time should show in downloaded e-receipt from OBDx.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initate any payment, say adhoc domestic transfer.
2. Complete the payment and click on e-receipt
3. Time shown is not as per the time zone set in system configuration.
