In OBDX Overall Language Selected Is Arabic But Dropdown Contents Appear In English (Doc ID 2773533.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Transaction Drop Down shows options in English while the overall OBDX language selected
for the interface is Arabic.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------
The drop down options should be in same language as the overall language selected for OBDX interface.
In this case the options should be in Arabic.

STEPS:
---------
1. Log into OBDX as an admin user.
2. From toggle menu select Limits --> Limits Package.
3. Create a new limit or edit the existing limit.
4. Click on Transaction Name drop down. The options are in English, but the overall language selected for OBDX is Arabic.
