Symptoms
On : 11.80.0.0 version, Production Support-CET
When attempting to authorize the loan payment
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Utilization amount is zero, Can not decrease further.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. During loan booking attach a limit line to the contract.
2. Ensure after disbursal, limit line utilization is not updated.
3. Try to make a loan repayment.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot make the loan repayment and reduce the principal balance.
