On : 14.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the application’s status is updated from the UI to a status that will trigger the SEND CORRESPONDENCE event ,then everything works as expected. A single correspondence is added.

When the application’s status is updated from the Application Update API above to an application status that will trigger the SEND CORRESPONDENE event , then application is generating two correspondences.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Correspondence should added only once when the application update API is triggered via webservice status change.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Create an event to trigger when Application status is updated having Send Correspondence action.

2.Update the status of the application through webservice.

3.Verify the generated correspondences.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, customer facing issue as Correspondences Sending Twice on Application Status Change.
