Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR:

User un-able to create a contract with CD product (LD41)

ERROR:
--------
Flat Amount Should not be blank For Special Interest Rate Type~

STEPS:
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click in New and complete product with LD41
2. Complete details of Customer Number, Currency and amount
3. Click in MIS subscreen
4. Click in Interest Tab
