ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Checker ID is updated as 'SYSTEM' for the repaired incoming messages in MSSINBRW.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Checker id should be updated with the USER who had actually authorized after edit.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take the Auto Auth user has "N"
2. Edit the message which is in Repair Status from MSSINBRW screen.
3. Authorize the message from other user.
4. Checker Id is updated as 'SYSTEM'.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, checker id is updated as SYSTEM instead of the actual checker.
