CSV Generated After "Download Profile" Is Blank in IBM AIX Server (Doc ID 2774878.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In "My Profile", when user clicks on "Download Profile", empty CSV gets downloaded.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Downloaded CSV should be proper.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as any user
2. Go to Account Settings >> My preference
3. Click on 'Download Profile'
4. A CSV file will be downloaded.
5. When the csv file is opened, it is blank.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot download proper CSV when they try to download profile, hence this feature is not available.
