On : 11.8.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Sum of the bill amount outstanding is not tallying the bill limit line utilized amount.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Bill amount outstanding total should match with the bill limit line utilized amount.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a bill contract is booked with a limit line.
2. Ensure bill limit line is not correctly updated after bill booking
3. View the bill limit line utilization.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users will not get the total limit exposure of the party.
