ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Token expiry period is set as 25 min in digx_fw_config_all_b table configuration
but password link gets expired after 15 mins
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Password expiry link should be valid till the amount of time configured in table.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update the token time in obdx table, restart managed server
2. Login as admin user and navigate to user management
3. Search for retail/corporate user and click on reset password.
4. Password link is sent to user's email, observe that the link is invalid after 15 mins
but it should valid till 25 as configured in obdx table.
