Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

On creating the bank parameter thru installer value for the Include customer delinquent claims field is getting stored as Null in the backend, hence we are unable to modify the parameter initially maintained thru Installer.

Due to this, the initial value is NULL on modify action, even if user is not making any change the Include customer delinquent claims system is not allowing to save STDBNKPM-Bank Parameter changes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user should be able to save the modification done for STDBNKPM-Bank Parameter changes.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Bank parameter maintenance thru installer (First Time)
2. log in to the application
3. Unlock Bank Parameter screen
4. Save
