Error "System Cannot Process..." Observed During Party Account Access (Doc ID 2775597.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to configure Party Account Access for a user which is not having a particular account type(TD, Loans, etc.),
the following error occurs.

ERROR

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Application with Admin user
2. Navigate to Access management-->Account Access-->Party Account Access
3. Input Party ID search
