Error - 'System cannot process the request, please try again later.' Is Observed When Verifying Wrong BIC on Domestic SEPA Credit Payment. (Doc ID 2775618.1)

When attempting to verify with a wrong input value in BIC (Bank Identification Code) on SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) Credit Payment, the following error occurs.

System cannot process the request, please try again later.

Expected Response: Invalid BIC Code.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX application.
2. Navigate to Payments > Payments and Transfers > Adhoc Payment > Domestic > Select Network Type -> SEPA Credit
3. Enter invalid BIC or or random characters.
4. Click Verify.
5. Applications displays error message - System cannot process the request, please try again later.
