Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Discrepancy in account name display.

Account name shows on account when you search for the account. But, once you click on associated accounts and select another account, the name disappears.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should display the account name with the account number after selecting the associated account(s) also.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search an account number in the customer service screen which has associated account also.
2. Open the account and see whether account name is also displayed with the account number in the customer service tab. Currently its showing the account name.
3. Click on the associated accounts or come back and select the master account, system should show the account name with the account number details which is currently not working as expected. Its showing only the Account number.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see account name in the customer service screen. .
