Customer Tracking Attribute Job ITRPRC Issue

Customer noticed that the customer tracking attribute update job ITRPRC have the following errors and not letting us to update the attributes in bulk.

1. It seems Customer Number in the job is anticipating preceding zeros but where as our data doesn't have any zeros to start with - hence its failing.
2. Customer tracking attribute last update date do not have a timestamp.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer tracking attribute job should get executed with the customer number value without preceding zeros and Customer tracking attribute last update date should have a timestamp.
