The appropriate message should be displayed for specific accounts.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to Retail user.
2.On the dashboard select the account number for which cheque book facility is not available.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, appropriate message is not getting displayed.
