On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
In OBP (Oracle Banking Payments) , the batch payments from customers with Batch Debit Accounting ‘Consolidated’ that have an execution date in future and at least one of transactions is in Repair Queue, are processed one day later (+1) from the requested execution date.
