Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Terms and condition not displayed when user logging in for the first time using IE browser

A blank screen is displayed instead of terms and condition page.

This issue is browser specific. This issue persists only when user tries to login through Internet Explorer

Version of IE: 11.0.220

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Terms and condition page should be displayed for acceptance.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a maker
2. Set the password
3. Login with the same user in Internet Explorer
