Flexcube Application Is Going Down During High Volume EMS Out Bulking Processing (Doc ID 2776342.1)

Symptoms

On : 14.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

When tried to access Flexcube application during the processing of high volume EMS out bulking, getting the below error and this issue is faced every time. 

ERROR
-----------------------
"Error Occurred but message could not be determined".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create 100 thousand outgoing contracts from upload.
2. Switch on the EMS_OUT and New bulking jobs.
3. Try to access flexcube.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user could not access into application.
