Customer Service Scenario Analysis Tab Data Disappear After Unchecked Link To Account Checkbox Button (Doc ID 2776598.1)

In Customer Service Scenario Analysis Tab, data on tab clears out after unchecked, if checked again in same session, data doesn't appear.

Customer Landed on Scenario Analysis tab – Linked account details population.When user Unchecked the Link to Account button – Details disappeared and unable to enter any new text and no text fields came up. When User Checked Link to Account again and details did not repopulate.

System should populated account details once link to account checkbox is checked.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Customer Service -->Scenario Analysis tab
2. Unchecked the Link to Account button – Verify the Details disappeared and try to enter any new text system should allow to enter or display the data.
3. Checked Link to Account again and details verify details are getting repopulate or not.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have the account details displayed in the scenario analysis tab under customer service when user try to check/uncheck the link to account check box.
