Unhandled Exception And Network Error Have Been Displayed During Authorize And Amend of some Guarantee LC Contract (Doc ID 2776600.1)

On : 12.0.2 version, Production Support-SET

Unhandled exception and network errors have been displayed during authorize and amend some LG contracts

kindly find the following issues
1- while authorizing the following LG contracts after modification system displayed unhandled exception error

2-while amending the following contracts system hang and network error has been displayed
the common behavior between 2 issued that these contracts have more than 700 events number

User should able to amend and authorize LC contracts having events more than 700

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pick an LG contract having events more than 700
2. Unlock LC contract, modify details and save
3. Authorizer should able to authorize it

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do any amendment in LC Contract
