ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Vault transfer error has been appeared.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Based on the available denomination, user should be able to transfer the cash.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform the cash transfer from Vault.
2. Verify the transaction.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the users are not able to buy from Vault.
