Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Generated PDF reports does not open.

Error message on Web: Failed to load PDF document.
Error message on Tablet: Cannot display PDF (File name.pdf is of invalid format)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should generate readable report.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a maker
2. Generate the Transaction Summary Report and Party Wise Maintenance Report
3. Login as checker and approve the report
4. Login as the maker and download the reports
5. The PDF reports are save on the device
6. Open the reports
