ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Cheque book request fails due to unavailability of cheque book type.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If "alw_inv_track" flag is "N" in fcc_sttms_bank, application should not display the drop down of cheque book type and allow user to submit the screen properly. Chequebook type should not be a mandatory field.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Ensure that the alw_inv_track flag is "N" in the fcc_sttms_bank
2. Go to cheque book request
