Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the user downloads any file which is password protected like the e-receipt for the payment done, the user is not given any message as a hint for the password to open the password-protected file in the mobile application.
Whereas, when the same is downloaded through the web application, the user receives a message on-screen on how to open a password-protected file downloaded.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Web and mobile behavior should be in synch and the mobile user should be provided with password hint messages.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In the mobile application, do payment and download an e-receipt.
2. Observe that the downloaded file is password protected when the user has no clue about the password.
3. Do similar steps in Web, observe that proper password hint is provided.
