Symptoms

When attempting to download the account statement report,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

The system has encountered an error while processing the request


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Customer Services-->Register Report
3. Select Account Statement Report-->Go
