Exception Working Window Date & Day Issue

When attempting to set Exception Working window Date is displayed with Wrong DAY on Verify and Confirmation screen
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Bank Admin
2. Go to Exception Working window Setup
3. Try to Setup Exception Working widow with Date
4. Day displayed for Date is wrong . for example, 29th Jan is displayed as
Thursday where as it is Friday
No Change in Base Product
