Symptoms

When attempting to Modify / Create User the following error occurs.

'Invalid character in email'

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as bank Admin
2. go to user management- Modify User or Create User
3. Enter email with domain name contain characters as . or - (dot or Dash)
