The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Input a transaction (PACS008) Incoming from the UI Screen PSDIT2CT
2. This Transaction moved to Settlement Review Queue.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view successful transactions.
