Symptoms

End user requirement is that dates should be displayed in European format. However, in ‘KYC risk score’ tab of ECM application, date format still shows in non-European format(MM/DD/YYYY).

Steps to Replicate: 

1. Login to ECM application.
2. Open a KYC case.
3. Navigate to 'KYC risk score’ tab and verify 'Trigger date' under Accelerated Rule Trigger grid.

Actual Behavior : date shows in non-European format(MM/DD/YYYY).

Expected Behavior : date should show in European format(DD/MM/YYYY).
