Symptoms
When attempting to close a Savings Account which is dormant the following error occurs.

ST-CUS13 Please run IC liquidation before closing the account
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pick a Savings account which is in dormant status
2. Try to close the account and verify if closure is successful

Due to this issue, users cannot close a dormant account impacting customer requirement.
