On : 14.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
New and Old Message details are not displayed in MSCEDTMG screen when a user tries to authorize the message after editing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

New and Old Message details should be displayed in MSCEDTMG screen when a user tries to authorize the message after editing.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit the message - delete the repeating lines in field 70 for few messages where field 70 has duplicate codes)
2. Save the modification
3. Another user tries to authorize. The old and new message fields are blank.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the old and new messages for authorization.
