Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

File and response file status are not updated as per host when stuck transactions are processed from OBPM cut-off queue.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All status should be updated as per the host.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login via corporateuser. Perform File Upload using any identifier and template.
2. After approver approves the transaction. Make sure that transactions are stuck in OBPM queue.
3. Navigate to Toggle Menu > File Upload > Uploaded File Inquiry and check status on Uploaded File Inquiry screen.
4. Select the file reference id to view Uploaded File Inquiry details screen.
5. Clear the transactions from OBPM queue.Make sure the records are liquidated, credit, debit has taken place and are successfully processed at OBPM.
6. Again perform step 3 and 4.
7. View the file status and response file status. The file and response file status will still be processed with exceptions.
