Symptoms

On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While closing CASA account using screen 1301. And user doesn't select option of pick up, account gets closed by auto authorize

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
While closing CASA account using screen 1301. And user doesn't select option of pick up, system should ask for authorization

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to close account using screen 1301
2. Click pick up
3. Account closure gets auto authorize and gets closed automatically
