Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Standing instruction is not executing every month as per the maintenance.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Instruction should execute every month if monthly SI is maintained.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintain the SI to be executed monthly
2. Verify whether the SI is executed every month by running EOM
