In OBDX, Generation Of Request Statement For Retail User Gives An Error (Doc ID 2781082.1)

CASA Request statement is not working for Retail user.


System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

a)Login as Retail user. Dashboard > My Account Widget > Current & Savings > Savings Account > More options > View Statement
b)Go down we will find Request statement option.
c)Click on Request statement option.
d)Now choose From Date and To Date.
e)Click on request option.
f)Now check the preview and click on Confirm.
