Subscribe Option Does Not Display For E-Statements Of CASA In OBDX

In OBDX, E-Statements tab is not working.
System shows 'System cannot process the request currently. Please try later' error.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a)Login as Retail user. Dashboard > My Account Widget > Current & Savings > Savings Account > More options > View Statement
b)Go down we will find E-statement option.
c)Click on E-statement.
d)It is not showing 'Subscribe' option.
