Symptoms

On : 20.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Username and Password Link emails are not sent to user when created via On Boarding - User Management.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Username and Password link email should be sent once the user is created.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login via superadmin. Navigate to On Boarding > User Management.
2. Click on Create. Select any user type. Fill in necessary details.
3. Click on Confirm and create the user.
4. Username and password emails are not sent to the email id used while creating the user.
