Symptoms
Fetchsweeplogs call from obdx->obrh->oblm is not working
When customer is trying to search a record in Log Monitors Page under Liquidity Management its giving Timed Out Exception.
In the OBRH service consumer maintenance, the request transformation is null.

Timed Out Exception.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Log in to OBDX application
2.Go to Toggle menu > Liquidity Management > Log Monitors
3. Try to search a record

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the service Log Monitors of Liquidity Management
