On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Loan contract interest is not being debited on the month end to the customer current account.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Loan interest should get automatically debited to the customer current account on the month end.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a foreign currency loan contract.
2. Ensure settlement account is transferred to the other branch
3. Ensure settlement branch maintained at the contract level remains unchanged.
4. Try to debit the interest to the customer account.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot debit the interest to the account and there is a income leakage.
