BCDTRGON - LoV "Our LC Reference" Is Not Fetching Import LCs (Doc ID 2782404.1)

Goal

On FCUBS version 14.4

Customer is trying to create a registration record in BCDTRGON with Registration as "Bills Under LC". After providing the customer ID, in 'Our LC Reference' LoV , system is not displaying Import LCs.
