Symptoms

Swift message not generating when more than one BIC attached for the branch. 

ERROR
-----------------------
MSPKS_TF -->fn_gen_msg_out - others -1422 ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch LCDTRONL
2. Create a new LC contract
3. Verify whether the swift messages are generated.
