On : 14.2.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ST-LM113 is not showing correctly when limit is breached.

Description-
System has not thrown error ST-LM113 (marked as error) even though limit is
breached . This is happened when Limit ccy is different then contract
currency .


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

System should show  error when limit is breached.


STEPS
-----------------------
1) Create Facility in one currency.
2) Create LC contract in other currency.
3) System should show over utilization message in case of utilization exceed
the facility limit amount.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
User is allowed to book contract even though limit is breached.
