Not able to view messages on clicking “All Message" button IBDTRONL

SM-00198 - Function rights not available.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch screen IBDTRONL
2. Create a new Contract
3. Input all the details in the main tab
4. Click on the "All Message" tab to verify further
