ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Other JSON file which are imported in Service Consumer have Edit and Delete option but OBDX JSON Service Consumer Edit/Delete options not available and Export option is not working
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

OBDX JSON also should be editable
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Core maintenance
2. Service Consumer
3. Choose the OBDX Service Consumer
4. Verify Edit/Delete option available
