ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Incorrect Timestamp on ELCM/Limits Module Maintenance.
The transaction was done at 11 a.m. Angola time(West Africa Timezone) , but the audit timestamp shows as 14 hrs which is IST(Indian Standard Time).
Please check and correct this issue as we have audit issue.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Transaction Performed which has limit utilized
2. The timestamp captured on the limits table is as per IST.
