While performing any EBILL operations from OBDx, the host request does not contain the reference number

While performing any EBILL operations from OBDx, the host request must contain the reference number
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Perform any EBILL operation.
2) Check the host request.
3) The host request does not contain the reference number

It is mandatory for integration with external systems.
